For most Derby customers, a free home demonstration makes more sense than driving to us. We'll do home demonstrations anywhere in Derbyshire, on any day that suits you. We group Derbyshire visits so we can give each one the full 60 to 90 minutes without rushing. We bring a selection of chairs and fabric samples, measure the person who'll use the chair, and check the room and the way in. Family are very welcome. We don't work on commission, and you can take as long as you like to decide.

Our showroom is in Kirton, near Newark, about 38 miles from Derby. The usual route is the A38 north, the A617 past Mansfield, then the A614 and A6075. Allow roughly an hour, sometimes more at busy times. We open by appointment, there's free parking and level access, and The Fox next door is handy for lunch after a longer drive.

Delivery is included, wherever you are in Derbyshire. Your chair is built to order, typically within 2 weeks. We agree a morning or afternoon in advance and ring about 30 minutes before we arrive. Two of our team set the chair up in the room you choose, show you every function and take the packaging away. We can collect an old riser recliner on the same visit as part of our £300 trade-in offer.
